In Easter season I like to make up new ways how to implement horseradish into dishes. This time I upgraded a classic salad dressing with orange touch and it is such an amazing addition to the whole combination.





Happy Salad
Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 pcs Radicchio
- 1/2 pcs Lettuce
- 1 pcs Carrot
- 2 pcs Medium oranges
- 2 tbsp Pickled beetroot
- 2 tbsp Water from pickled beetroot jar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
Horseradish sauce
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp Creamy Horseradish
- 1/2 pcs Juice from an orange
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Wash radicchion and lettuce. Divide or cut into smaller edible pieces.
- Wash and peel carrot. Slice it into long stripes.
- Wash orange. Cut one in half and use it for the juice, cut the other one into slices.
- Prepare horseradish sauce easily. Just mix all the ingredients.
- Put both sorts of salad on a plate or into a bowl.
- Add carrot and pickled beetroot.
- Add orange slices.
- Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, picklede beetroot water, salt and pepper.
- Cover with horseradish sauce or serve it beside.
