Recipe was created in collaboration with Praznična magazine (autumnal issue 2022).

I was joking the other day in my Instagram post that my blood type is Pumpkin spice. It is half true. When the season of pumpkins comes around the corner I am all in. Decoration in our house. Around our house. In my dishes. From sweet to savoury, you name it.

This time I combined two of my favourites, coffee and pumpkin. Yay, it is time for a pumpkin spice latte! Beverage that became famous because of Starbucks. Thank you for that guys!

A cookie or two beside it and I am good to seize the day.

Rainbow Pumpkin Latte

Servings 1 portion


  • 1 mug Black Turkish coffee Nescafe, filter coffee, …
  • 100 ml Milk of your choice or milk substitute Almond, Oat, Coconut, Rice
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 pinch Cinnamon Or pumpkin spice mix
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract


  • Strain the pumpkin puree through a strainer if you prefer a smooth, watery texture and add milk to it.
  • Prepare the coffee (either brew it or have it already cooled) and mix in cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  • First put the milk-pumpkin puree in a glass. The thicker the mixture, the easier it will be to make beautiful lines.
  • Then add a tablespoon or two of maple syrup.
  • Carefully pour in the coffee part.
  • We froth the milk with a frother and add it right on top to get a nice three-colored coffee drink.
  • But if you are a fan of double cream, of course this must not be missing at the very top.
  • Mix before drink, the layers are just to impress your guests.
